The Irwin Spark counter is a versatile unit designed to detect the presence of a particles or other ionising radiations or events, such as cosmic rays. It can be used with any of the common education radiation sources. N.B. A 10KV EHT power supply is needed to operate this unit. An ideal unit is the Irwin EJ0128 EHT Power Supply.
